Hey welcome to the 2011 EDGE Homegroan CD page! Z-104.5 The EDGE, TulsaOriginalMusic.com, The Joint Entertainment Venue at Hard Rock Casino and Flex Stack available at Draper Family GNC are teaming up to bring you the 2011 EDGE Homegroan CD. We're looking for Graphic Artists to design the cover of the CD (you could win an Apple iPad 2 autographed by the band, THE NAKED AND FAMOUS, valued at $499 courtesy of Universal Republic Records, for submitting the wining design) and we're looking for 12 Oklahoma bands to put on the CD. Listeners will be able to vote for their favorite CD cover. And once the 12 bands/songs are selected for the CD and it's made, Z-104.5 The EDGE will be at Hard Rock Casino giving out the CDs for FREE! All artwork and song submissions are due on Friday, September 16th at 3pm (Central Time)! Mail or deliver your materials to Z-104.5 The EDGE "Attention 2011 EDGE Homegroan CD" 5810 E. Use must use Abode Illustrator Versions 8 - CS3 Artwork must be submitted in CMYK and 300 dpi/ppi Must submit a front (Full on graphics) and back (template) design for the CD packaging See below for the official rules.... About the songs: Musicians must be 18 or older, if they are under 18 their parents must sign the submission agreement for them! You must enter a master recording copy of your song for the contest All songs must be clean and suitable for radio play Songs cannot be longer than 6 minutes long DO NOT HAVE YOUR MANAGER SIGN THEIR NAME AND SEND IN THE RELEASE - each band member that plays on the track must sign the release!
