KMYZ “Win Tara’s Weight In Meat” Contest – Official Rules

1. Grand Prize: 135 lbs in meat provided by Cimarron Meat Company in Tulsa, OK, approximate value of $1057. Prize includes 10 lbs. Each of… Filet Mignon, T�]Bone Steak, Sirloin Steak Chuck Roast, Round Roast, Pork Breakfast Sausage (Choice of Type), Pork Cured Smoked Sausage (Choice of Type), Pork chops (Choice of Type), Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Whole Chicken and 25lbs of Ground Beef 90/10 Lean.

2. Contest open to U.S. Citizens that reside on the state of Oklahoma that are 18 or older. Winner must provide a valid Oklahoma government issued photo ID as proof of Oklahoma residency.

3. To enter the contest: Go “Like” The Morning EDGE Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/yourmorningedge before 9am on Friday, December 21st, 2012 to be officially entered. 1 entry per person, no multiple Facebook accounts/profiles.

4. After 9am on December 21st, 2012, a member of Shamrock Communications will randomly draw/select a winner from all eligible entries, the winner/nominee will be contacted by Facebook, phone or email. Winner must claim prize within 30 days or winning. Odds of winning depend on number of entries/Facebook “Likes”.

5. Winner can claim their prize voucher at the KMYZ studios. Winner must present a valid government issued when claiming their prize Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm at the KMYZ studios, 5810 E. Skelly Dr. Ste. 801 Tulsa, OK 74135 during normal business hours.

6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for another prize at the request of the winner. Prize not redeemable for cash.

7. Winner is responsible for all taxes and applicable fees and required to sign a 1099 Tax form to receive prize.

8. Once winner signs 1099 and picks up voucher they can claim prize Cimarron Meat Company, 8173 S. Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74137. Winner must call ahead before picking up prize. Winner can pick up prize in 2 orders. Prize must be claimed by July 15th, 2013 or forfeit prize.

9. Winner agrees to sign a release for use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes and they indemnify and hold harmless Shamrock Communications and their participating sponsors for this promotion.

10. Employees and families of Shamrock Communications, participating sponsors, and broadcasting media outlets in the Tulsa, OK area are ineligible.

11. Shamrock Communications reserves the sole right to substitute the prize(s) for one of equal or greater value or to modify, cancel or suspend this promotion, should fraud or other causes beyond the control of Shamrock Communications corrupt the administration, security or proper conduct of the promotion.
